So, you know I said 'welcome back' and then disappeared for about four weeks?... Probably wasn't the best idea to relaunch my blog during a move, was it? For all of you who were asking in my last post, I thankfully passed my A-Levels and got into uni! I have spent the last three weeks packing, buying items that I probably will never use and sorting my life out basically. I'm currently sitting at my new desk in my new flat feeling extremely motivated. Uni doesn't start until the 26th, and freshers the 22nd, so I've got two weeks to myself. Thank you all for your lovely comments wishing my luck with my results, it means the world! But I'll stop rambling now and actually get onto the post.

Something I have always been terrible with is time keeping. If you tell me to be somewhere for 1 o'clock, ill be there for 3...Okay, well maybe that's a slight exaggeration but my time keeping skills just recently have been at an all time low.  When I was contacted by the lovely team at Brown's Family Jewelers I was so excited to receive my lovely rose gold and black watch by Cluse.

When reviewing products, many people leave out the packaging, but this is something I was more than impressed with. My order came with a leather case to keep the watch in when you're not wearing it. I think this is super useful because it gives me a safe place to keep the watch, and is also great for packing (something I have been doing a lot of at the moment for uni!!). I'm able to pack it into a bag knowing it is protected.

The watch itself is beautifully designed. The watch has an ultra thin case with a 38mm diameter. There is nothing I hate more than those huge oversized watches. Especially with my tiny wrists I always try and opt for the watches that are designed that bit smaller. The quality of the watch is also extremely impressive. If you know me, you know how clumsy I am. The second I took the watch out of the box I dropped it onto my tiled floor. And surprisingly it didn't break.

I also fell in love with the whole design of the watch. The black and rose gold colours fit together perfectly and create such an elegant feel to the watch. It goes well with any outfit that I've worn, and it just so happens that I own a lot, probably too much, rose gold jewelry so they go together perfectly!

It wouldn't be an honest review if I didn't tell you a fault of the product.  There is very little you can actually fault this watch on. The only thing I have noticed is that the glass is extremely fragile. There are already a few scratches on the face of it. Nothing too obvious, but you know they're there.

Overall, however, I am extremely impressed with the watch and I would 100% recommend this if you're looking for a new watch. They come in a huge variety of different styles and colours so it's worth having a look if you're picky with the watches you wear like me!

I can not tell you how strange it feels to be back behind the computer screen, typing away... Oh, how I have missed this! Blogging is a huge part of my life and has given me so many opportunities that I will forever be thankful for.

So where have I been these past two months? Well as many of you know I took some time off to prioritise my A-Level exams, which were so important as they determine whether I get into university or not! They were honestly the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I spent eight long weeks of solid revision and I pray every day that I've done enough to get into university. Results day can't come quick enough!!

If you read my last life update post you will know that I failed my first driving test... well I retook it, and failed, and retook it for the third time and finally passed. I was SO proud of myself because driving tests are so hard now and they can penalise you for the smallest of things. After my second test, I honestly thought I would never pass, so if you're in the same position don't give up! You'll get there eventually. I bought my first car a week after passing my test and I am in love with it! My car is my new baby!

The rest of this summer has been spent working. I feel like I am working non-stop. I'm now working two jobs in a desperate attempt to save money for uni but that's not going so well... I am a terrible saver and I just feel the need to spend money as soon as I have it... whoops! If you have any money saving tips please let me know below!

Anyway, I am back and ready to relaunch my blog and I couldn't be more excited! Thank you for your continued support and to those who left lovely comments whilst I was away, I am so thankful! I've got lots of posts lined up for the next few weeks and I'm soon launching my YouTube Channel again, so make sure you're following my social media to keep up to date with my posting.

If you know me, you know that pink is my favourite colour. But I never seem to wear it. I always find it makes me look washed out and pale, but as it's now officially Spring, I thought I would make an exception. I have been picking up a few bits and pieces over the last few weeks and I have loved every single one of them, so I thought I would share them with you today!

When I first saw this bag in Primark for only £9 I fell in love. And £9... i mean come on. Can you get a better bargain than that? It is absolutely perfect for Spring and matches pretty much any pastel coloured outfit. I think it looks great alongside mom jeans as well, which is pretty much what I am living in at the moment!

I've wanted to try mom jeans for such a long time. I never thought I would suit them. I was always under the impression that my legs were too long and skinny for them. But I decided to take a risk and try some on in Topshop. It's a risk I am so glad I took. Since then I seem to have developed a mom/boyfriend jean obsession and I must have about ten pairs in my wardrobe.
I went on a spontaneous shopping spree before work last Thursday and decided to pop into Zara. They had a whole section full of pink tops/shirts which is where I picked up this little beauty. I think the little dogs really sold it to me. I love loose fitted shirts and with the jeans, I think they make a lovely outfit!

Spring is finally here, and that can only mean one thing... its time to change up your lipstick! If you live in the UK, you will know not everyday is sunny and warm, so treating yourself to a new lipstick can really make it feel like Spring, even on those dull days.

The transition between Winter and Spring is huge and it's such as big change to go from the dark purples and reds to the bright corals and deep pinks. So today I thought I would share with you some perfect transitional colours for this season! I've chosen lipsticks that fit perfectly with everyone's budget. I've thrown in two higher end products and two drugstore!

Charlotte Tilbury, Pillow Talk, Matte Revolution, Swatches

1) Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution in Pillow Talk-
Now, would this be a lipstick post without involving a Charlotte Tilbury product? No, obviously not. I am obsessed with Charlotte Tilbury Lipsticks and I love treating myself to them every once in a while. This shade was released for Valentines Day and I knew straight away I would love it. I love any lipstick that is nude pink( as you'll see as you read on) so I knew this would be perfect for me! I wrote a full review of this lipstick which you can read by clicking here!

Benefit, They're Real, Swatches, Lipstick

2) Benefit They're Real Double The Lip in Fuchsia Fever-
I was first introduced to this lipstick when I received it for Christmas in a benefit set. I've been very reluctant to wear it until now because I knew it would be a great colour for spring, and boy was I right. It goes perfectly with any makeup look and is great if you're a fan of making your lips look bigger. This is a two-in-one lip liner and lipstick and most amazingly the price is extremely affordable, priced at only £16. When, if you think about it, is a bargain considering you get a lipstick and a lip liner!

Barry M Lipsticks, Matte Me Up, Lip Kit, Swatches

I picked this up this lip kit in Superdrug a few weeks ago, having never tried a Barry M product before. This lipstick is called a 'lip paint' which is exactly what it feels like when you first apply this product. I hated the texture of this lipstick when I first used it, but once it dries it feels like any other liquid lipstick. However, this only bad thing I have to say about this product is that the lip liner is a completely different colour to the lipstick. I found it is also quite scratchy when you apply it to the lip. It's impossible to use the two alongside each other but on its own, the lipstick is great!

tanya burr, martha moo, youtube, swatches

I bought this last summer and loved wearing it so I couldn't wait to start bringing this product slowly back into my makeup routine. It's such a beautiful colour, applies so beautifully and lasts all day. This is also the most affordable lipstick of all my selections priced at only £5.99! I am a huge fan of Tanya's products but her lipsticks are my favourite! I would definitely recommend Martha Moo if you haven't already tried it!

So there you have it, my Spring lip picks! What lipsticks are you wearing this season? Let me know below!

Charlotte Tilbury is a brand I have been lovinggg recently. It started off with the lipsticks and has now progressed to the mascara, foundation, eyeshadows etc. I've tried a fair few of her products and thought that today I would give you all an honest review of the ones I have tried if you're thinking of making your first purchase.

Ah, stripey shirts, how I've missed you. It has been so long since I have owned one and I've been seeing them everywhere... literally everywhere! I was shopping a few days ago and saw this beauty in Select, and couldn't resist.

I've never really been into face masks until recently. I never saw the point of them if I'm being honest, so never bothered. However with that being said, let's all be real, my skincare routine hasn't been the best in the past. I've spent the last few weeks testing out as many face masks as possible...which has been a lot, let me tell you. I've narrowed it down to my three favourites, which all vary in price and recommended skin type so if you are completely clueless like I was, hopefully, this post will be of some help to you... (thank me later)

Something I haven't been taking care of lately is my skin. I find it so much easier to whip out the face wipes and the end of the day, take off my makeup and go to bed. Even though I knew this was so bad for my skin, I still continued to do it. And my skin really took an effect. My spots were out of control, literally the worst I have ever seen them. So I decided that I really needed to sort it out. I hadn't purchased a skincare product in months, so after seeing so many bloggers talk about Liz Earle, I decided to see what all the hype was about, and I can tell you, these products have become my absolute skincare holy grail!

It's officially Winter. The evenings are getting darker and there is snow on the ground,  so that can only mean one thing... dry skin! And I'm not just talking your face, I'm talking everywhere. My hands get so dry this time of year and I find searching for something to keep my skin nourished is extremely hard!
